The IP to Coaxial Extender enables high-speed Ethernet (IP) signal transmission over existing coaxial cables, extending network connectivity up to 500 meters (1640 ft). Designed for CCTV, IPTV, and broadband applications, this converter allows seamless integration of IP-based devices (cameras, routers, modems) with legacy coaxial infrastructure.
The IP coaxial extender is an ethernet over coaxial video solution. It has a standard RJ45 network connector one side and a coaxial BNC connector on the other side. They are used in pairs and plug and play. The device has no MAC address or IP address.
